Import Bank Accounts

Less Accounting software can import QIF and QFX files from your bank accounts.

To import your bank data, simply upload a "QIF" or "QFX" file. These file types should be accessible for export from Quicken, Quickbooks or banks with online account management. These files display your small business accounts in the software, which means you can see an accurate view of your performance to date.

Although there is a standard format for these files, most banks only loosely follow that standard, which means some files may or may not import properly. Please contact us if you have trouble. We would like to build a comprehensive list of which institutions import correctly.

Like all accounting software solutions, we do not store your account information for security reasons. You will have to import the file each time you want to update your accounts.
